I used to love baking. I made all my family’s birthday cakes, and my friends always loved the holiday cookie boxes I’d give them at the end of the year. But then life got in the way and I fell out of the habit.

This year, I decided I was going to get back into my old favorite hobby. I wanted to bake homemade cookies and treats for my loved ones, the kind of thoughtful, delicious gifts you can’t buy at a store. It’s more fun making your own and it’s healthier, too. The only problem? My bakeware needed a major upgrade

My old cookie sheets and cake pans were scratched and warped from years of use, and I wasn’t about to take the risk of ingesting the damaged conventional nonstick coating if I used them.

So I treated myself to the GreenPan Reserve bakeware 7-piece set. And it didn’t just get me back into baking. They’re so beautifully designed and easy on the eye that they motivated me to start baking again, and leveled up my skills so much that I’m basically a star baker now.

Holiday baking made complete with GreenPan’s Reserve bakeware

The 7-piece Reserve bakeware set had everything I needed to get started on my holiday baking journey, and it’s so comprehensive it allows you easily bake almost anything. It comes with:

  • Half sheet pan
  • Quarter sheet pan
  • 12-cup muffin pan
  • 2 round cake pans
  • Loaf pan
  • Half sheet cooling rack
  • 2 medium pan protectors
  • 2 large pan protectors

I kicked things off with a batch of classic holiday sugar cookies (my dad’s all-time top festive dessert). I loaded up the half sheet pan to cook a whole batch at once, and they came out golden brown without sticking, burning, or cooking unevenly. After cooling on the half sheet cooling rack, they were perfectly crisp on the outside and chewy in the center.

Next, I made a pumpkin chocolate chip loaf to slice and serve as a mid-morning snack with coffee for when I had guests over for the holidays. It came out moist and flavorful, releasing easily from the loaf pan without needing to line it with parchment paper.

For my holiday baking finale, I had ambitious goals. My sister’s favorite holiday treat has always been cinnamon rolls with a sticky cream cream glaze. I was a little nervous about making bread, which can require a lot of attention to get right, but GreenPan made it foolproof once again! I arranged the uncooked cinnamon rolls in a Reserve cake pan before baking, and they came out looking even better than the store bought versions. My sister was thrilled when I presented them to her as a gift, and the Reserve bakeware is so pretty I could keep them right in the pan for serving.

Why GreenPan’s Reserve bakeware is a kitchen gamechanger

As soon as you open the box, it’s clear this cookware is designed to perform and look great doing it. The PFAS-free ceramic nonstick coating made a huge difference right out of the gate. All the bakes I tried cooked evenly with no sticking, and no scraping required to release. That alone was enough to make me feel like I’d finally unlocked my baking mojo again.

The pans felt solid and well-constructed. That’s because they’re made with tough aluminized steel, which is ultra-strong to deliver quick, even heating that doesn’t warp or rust. It’s clear I’ll get to use this bakeware for a long time to come.

Cleanup’s a breeze because of the naturally slick ceramic nonstick coating. No scrubbing or soaking required, food slides right off.

Then there’s the sophisticated design. GreenPan’s Reserve bakeware looks sleek, with a clean, modern finish. I’m the kind of person who likes to serve right from the pan if I can, and the Reserve Bakeware lets me do that without sacrificing presentation.

The 7-piece set comes in three colors: Cream, Twilight (dark blue) and Sage (earthy green), so you can coordinate with your kitchen and your other GreenPan cookware. I couldn’t resist the Sage green color. It feels fun and festive, and compliments my kitchen beautifully.

Why I’ll be baking even more next year

Now that I’ve gotten back into the swing of holiday baking, I’m already planning what I’ll make next year. GreenPan’s Reserve bakeware has truly reignited my love for cooking for my loved ones and showing how much I care through cookies, cakes, and festive treats.

GreenPan’s Reserve bakeware gave me confidence in the kitchen, but even better, I’m enjoying the process again. I’m not stressing over equipment, fighting to scrape off burnt bits of dough, or worrying about pans that refuse to hold heat. This bakeware has made baking feel fun, creative, and rewarding.

If you’ve been looking for inspiration for making homemade holiday gifts, or you need a little extra motivation to get started in the kitchen, this set might just be the thing that gets you baking like you’ve always dreamed.
