Every so often, a first-of-its-kind product is released. Something that truly breaks new ground, and leads technology in a different direction. We’re calling it—GreenPan’s newest cookware line is revolutionary.

GreenPan’s Spectra line has finally arrived, and it’s as slick as its name suggests. It’s the company’s latest foray into hybrid cookware, combining the best elements of stainless steel and nonstick. Incredibly strong and ultra durable, it takes searing, frying, and sauteing to the next level, allowing you to achieve restaurant-style browning right at your own stove.

GreenPan’s brand new Spectra line, available exclusively at Williams Sonoma, is a marriage of two high-performing cookware materials, stainless steel and nonstick. Put together, these two powerhouses bring out the best in each other. The tri-ply stainless steel contributes strength and the PFAS-free ceramic nonstick is ultra durable. Together, they’re groundbreaking.

The secret is GreenPan’s thermobond technology, which fuses the cookware’s three elements together. It’s comprised of an advanced PFAS-free ceramic nonstick called Thermolon 9G, a state-of-the-art diamond-infused ceramic nonstick; an etched stainless steel searing pattern that provides a uniquely textured cooking surface; and an additional Theramolon 9G boost layer to enhance the superior nonstick performance even further.

The results? The pan’s multi-layered construction gives you complete control over how you cook. You can sear, fry, and brown at high heat and know that your food will release from the pan effortlessly. The cookware is also incredibly durable, allowing your meals to go the distance.

In short, Spectra is a better, more powerful way to cook. These pans are more effective, more reliable, and better-lasting than practically any others on the market.

That beautiful brown crust on your steak when you eat out? Now you can achieve it yourself at home—all without having to worry that your nonstick pans produce chemicals that live forever in your body and the environment. Unlike conventional nonstick pans. GreenPan’s cookware is always proudly free of harmful PFAS and forever chemicals

And with GreenPan’s state-of-the-art nonstick technology, you can rest assured that you’ll never be scraping burnt bits from the bottom of your frypan. Instead, browning meat, fish, and vegetables is effortlessly easy thanks to Spectra’s powerful etched stainless steel cube pattern, which focuses heat and distributes oil for better searing. These fantastic heat transfer abilities produce temptingly crispy results.

It’s clear that GreenPan has really thought through the day-to-day practicalities of using pots and pans. This means that home cooks can get chef-level results.

Spectra is 10 times more metal-utensil safe than classic ceramic nonstick pans, meaning you don’t have to worry as much about irredeemably ruining your pans if you accidentally use a metal utensil.

The pots, pans, and frypans are finished with restaurant-edge chip-free rims, so using the included tempered glass lids or resting utensils against the side of the pan won’t damage them. Pouring is easier too, with a no-mess design that makes serving food simple.

GreenPan’s Spectra feels comfortable and secure to hold and use, with attractively sturdy stainless steel handles, finished to be snag-free with a mirror shine.

Unlike other brands, Spectra can be used on all kinds of stovetop, including induction. They’re safe to use in the oven and broiler up to a massive 850 ̊F (lids up to 425 ̊F). While we’re not suggesting that you treat your pans heavily, it’s clear that the Spectra line can take being used to the max.

And once dinner is served, Spectra is dishwasher safe and easy to clean, no conditioning or special attention required.
