It’s no secret that soft drinks aren’t the healthiest beverage to consume regularly. And as someone who drank so much soda it practically coursed through my veins, I knew I wasn’t doing my body any favors. So I ditched my long-time love, Sprite, and set out to find a more nutritious bubbly replacement. After months of trying dozens of products, I’ve discovered my go-to's. Below I’ve compiled a list of 6 good-for-you fizzy drinks so satisfying, you’ll have no qualms about tossing out your 12-pack of sugary cola.

Olipop

Olipop blows traditional soda out of the water. Each flavor has only 2-5 grams of sugar, is high in fiber, and is made with all-natural ingredients. Plus, it's packed with prebiotics to help keep your gut happy! Lemon Lime is my absolute favorite – it reminds me of Sprite!

Poppi

Poppi is a prebiotic soda made with apple cider vinegar (hello, digestive health benefits!) and real fruit juice. The flavors are seriously delicious, too, like Raspberry Rose and Ginger Lime. Strawberry Lemon has my heart though – the tartness of the lemon, mixed with the subtle strawberry sweetness, makes my tastebuds sing.

Sound

If you're all about that natural ingredient life, Sound is the sparkling bev for you. It's infused with organic fruits and herbs, and has no calories or sugar! Indulge in flavors like Lemongrass Ginger and Grapefruit Elderflower for a sophisticated and refreshing experience.

Superfrau

For something a little different, there’s Superfrau's sparkling herbal tonics. These babies are loaded with vitamins and minerals and contain zero artificial ingredients. Try Ginger Turmeric or Raspberry Hibiscus if you’re looking for a not-too-tart not-too-sweet balanced drink!

Bawi

Bawi is a sparkling agua fresca that puts a modern twist on a classic Mexican favorite. Cans of Bawi are between 40-60 calories and are made with high-quality ingredients and organic juices. Their Passionfruit flavor is a tropical getaway in a can. Just take a sip and pretend you’re in Bali!

Motto

Welcome to matcha re-imagined. Made with organic matcha, honey, lemon, and apple cider vinegar, Motto is a simple yet elevated riff on a traditional Japanese tea. Motto prides itself on being a drink that makes you feel good. Motto was the first sparkling matcha drink I’d ever tried, and I was immediately hooked!

Whatever your fave, pop that tab and get fizzin’.
